“I’ve taken a life…and I can never pay it back. But I’m going to spend the rest of my life trying.”

Invention is a one-man performance celebrating redemption and based on the life events of actor and co-writer, Brandon Burk. After killing a man in a drunk driving accident at the age of 25, Burk was sentenced to 5 ½ to 15 years in Nevada state prison. Meet the diverse characters that helped him salvage a scrap of goodness and meaning from tragedy. Based upon the life of Brandon Burk.
