Owen Panettieri
Playwright
Owen is a two-time Finalist and invited Guest Writer for the National Playwrights Conference for his plays This Girl Is Magic and Whatever the Weather. Additional plays include Vestments of the Gods, The Timing of a Day and Who’s There? Owen was a contributing Writer/Performer for four seasons with The Nitestar Program (currently known as S.T.A.R. at the Directors Company). Graduate of Wesleyan University and the Conservatory Program at The Actors Center. Current member of the Playwrights Gallery Writers Group. He lives in New York City.
Janet Bentley
Director
Janet is a director, dramaturg, writer, actor, film editor, sound designer, graphic designer, and composer. They hold an MFA in dramaturgy from the University of Iowa, a BA in theatre from the University of South Florida, and have multiple years training and experience in piano, dance, voice (opera and musical theatre), acting, and teaching theatre. Janet made their international debut as a director/deviser, theatre instructor, and sound designer at Ashtar Theatre's International Youth Festival in Ramallah, Palestine, winning an award for their co-direction of The Waiting Room with Co-op Theatre East, NYC.
Viet Vo
Cary
Viet is an actor whose intimidating presence belies an ability to work well outside his physical type. With a sweet voice that can navigate anything from R&B to Gilbert & Sullivan, Viet can also play comedic sidekicks and innocents in addition to the expected tough guys. He's experienced in martial arts, and has appeared on New York stages, in short films, and on network television.
Leila Ben-Abdallah
Moira
Leila is a Tunisian-American comedian, actor, puppeteer, and writer. After graduating from the William Esper Studio, Leila has performed extensively on stage and screen with The People's Improv Theater, Upright Citizens Brigade, The Flea Theater, NY Arab-American Comedy Festival, College Humor, and Fresh Fruit Festival. Leila has created and performed four solo shows, This One Goes Out to All the Angry Bitches (SOLOCOM Festival 2017); Leticia's Fifth Birthday Party (The People's Improv Theater 2012); Good Morning, Zitounia! (SOLOCOM 2016); and How Did I Get in Here? The Beverly Blondell Story(NY Int'l Fringe Fest 2014).
Andy Evan Cohen
Sound Designer
Andy is an award-winning composer and sound/video designer. His music and designs have been performed and featured all over the world, including productions in Scotland, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, and New Zealand. His New York stage credits include Off-Broadway productions of God Shows Up and Rules of Desire (Eric Krebs, producer), (A)Loft Modulation (the american vicarious), My Parsifal Conductor (Ted Snowdon), Pushkin, In Bed With Roy Cohn, A Midsummer Night's Dream (MasterWorks), and Ay Carmela! (Repertorio Español), as well as nearly 100 off-off-Broadway productions with companies
